Loom Data Monitor (LDM) collects data from any type of loom and sends data to the cloud based server using WiFi. it stores production pick, length, stoppages, various times, efficiency, etc. for optimizing the output of a weaving shed. it has an easy to use 4.3″ color display with touch screen & web application accessible on your PC / Tablet / Phone.
Technical Features
- Each LDM can collect data from 2 looms
- Sense actual pick from loom
- Calculate length based on pick per inch or measure physical length (optional)
- Loom stop at set pick / length (except shuttle loom)
- Auto detect any two stop reason: Wrap / Weft / Power Off
LDM Features
- Loom’s actual RPM, pick, lenght
- Production (pick, lenght) in current shift
- Loom & operator on / off time, efficiency
- Name & photo of operator working in current shift
- Running quality & design name on different head
- Add proxy or replace operator in current shift
- If needed, operator can manually choose one from 12 stop reason
- Loom stop logs (Time, Duration, Reason)
- Quality & design logs (Name, Time, Production pick & length)
- Store 100 reports per loom (No interent, No problem for few days)

- Operator management: Add name & photo
